Where can I book a specific session date?

When placing an order in the cart, there is a prompt "please provide arrival and departure dates" to Cyprus. Enter the dates, and together we will determine the perfect timing for the session. By default, we do not plan sessions on flight days or the first day after arrival, so we can rest after the journey and catch some Cypriot sunshine. The ideal days for a session are the 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th day of your stay, as long as you don't get striped tan during those days :) As you can see, even though your vacation is probably still a few months away, it may turn out that we realistically only have 4 days available, so sessions should be booked well in advance of your arrival.

Which day of the stay is ideal for a session?

Most guests want to take advantage of other attractions during their vacation, such as excursions. When purchasing this attraction, we suggest the 3rd or 4th day of your stay for the excursion, and the 5th or 6th day for a session, to allow time for rest between these events. For a 7-day stay and if you wish to purchase excursions to 2 destinations, the ideal schedule would be: 1. arrival, 2. beach relaxation, 3. excursion day, 4. sunbathing, 5. session day, 6. excursion day. It is worth planning at least one excursion day with us before the session, so we can get to know each other better and practice certain tricks that will help your figure look great in photos. During the excursions, we take a lot of family photos, and our guests say that for the first time in their lives, they have nice vacation pictures.

Our calendar is limited by time since photos in specific settings "prefer" certain times of the day. In group excursions, the date is set with all participants and cannot be changed freely, so this should be considered when choosing a date. Due to the fact that we already have many sessions and trips booked for the upcoming year, we encourage you to make reservations immediately after purchasing your vacation in Cyprus.

Is it certain that the session will take place on the scheduled date?

Yes, definitely. We understand how important good time management is. Especially since the session is certainly not the only attraction you will want to take advantage of during your vacation. Therefore, once we establish the range of possible dates for the session

it will be entered into the calendar and reserved. The problem may arise only for those who decide

to book a session at the last minute. If you want to order a session within less than a month, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm the possibility of conducting the session. You can submit your inquiry through the form

on the website or social media.

Can I wait until the last moment?

You are taking a lot of risks, perhaps even too many! It is certain that the flying dress session must take place during your stay in Cyprus. Therefore, it is worth not delaying the purchase of the package, because the closer it gets to your date, the fewer slots will be available. We will choose the possible dates for the session right after the purchase, but it is up to you whether you buy it long before your arrival or at the last moment. Those who wait gain nothing; the only thing they miss out on is the convenient dates, which, contrary to appearances, are not that many.

If you delay, you risk not being able to find an available date for the session.

Are we arranging for a makeup artist?

Most of the photos are taken from a considerable distance from the model, due to the need to fit the large train of the dress into the frame. We have to move significantly away from the model, which is why the details of the makeup have little significance, as they are not visible."

Can you cancel a purchased service?

Yes, you can cancel the service within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless the session date is sooner than 30 days and the service has already been performed. However, I hope that since you are reading these details, it is not to cancel the session, but to sign up for it :) Especially since the quality of services is verified by a group of satisfied clients who have experienced it themselves. Additionally, we as organizers give you 100% guarantee, that you will have immense satisfaction with the service provided. If you are not satisfied with the services, you can cancel the session and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

I want to book a session with a friend, what should I choose?

In a situation where you want to book a session with a friend, each of you receives a 10% discount on the session in the package of your choice. You can choose different packages within one order. One of you can take the premium package, while the friend can choose standard or the lowest mini. However, it is important to remember that the mini session lasts about 1 hour, while the premium lasts over 2.5 hours, so when ordering different packages, we must consider the difference in time. At any time before the session, you can also upgrade to a higher package if organizational conditions allow it. for 2 people, you need to enter the code TOGETHER10, and a 10% discount will be applied.

I want to order a session as a gift for someone.

Choose a voucher for an individual or couples session with an open date. You can find information about it in the "about the session" tab. However, remember to book a session with us as soon as possible, as the number of spots is limited, and your stay in Cyprus will likely only last about a week, with the first day of your stay needing to be excluded due to travel fatigue. Our calendar is filling up faster before the season, so the closer you get to the date, the fewer options you will have. The earlier you book, the better date you will secure for yourself. Simple!

What will happen if I get love handles?

You will receive all the photos from the session within 48 hours.However, you will receive the retouched photos within 28 days. We recommend waiting to publish the photos on social media until you receive the final images. If 4 weeks of waiting is too long for you, you can jump to the front of the queue as a VIP for an additional fee of €49.99. You will then receive the finished photos in about 5 days.

Can we choose different locations?

Sure, we are open to other locations than the standard Cape Greco region, but keep in mind that this comes with transportation costs. While verified scenery in our area is included in the price packages, sessions in other locations will incur additional charges, and the amount of the surcharge depends on the number of kilometers required to travel and the transport time. To schedule sessions in locations other than the standard ones, determine the surcharge amount in further contact with our team.

Instead, we definitely recommend sessions in our verified and beautiful locations, and for the amount you would have to allocate for the surcharge for kilometers, we suggest using it for an additional "Marina at Night" session or VIP options - photos in 3 days.

Can you pick me up from Paphos?

Unfortunately no. Due to a heavily booked schedule of sessions and sightseeing trips, we are unable to cover such long distances. For example, the distance between Paphos and Ayia Napa is nearly 200 km one way. Larnaca is about 60 km, Limassol about 100 km. We conduct sessions in our local area and invite all clients here.
